The space Comprises a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed (150cm x 200cm), two side tables, and a large double wardrobe with in-built shelves. The living room comes with a high-quality futon (from The Futon Company) that can be easily converted into an extremely comfortable double bed (135cm x 190cm). There is also a 55-inch Widescreen Full 4K TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, allowing you access to hundreds of movies, TV shows and documentaries on demand. There is free connection to the high speed WiFi, and unlimited downloading / streaming is included. The living room further enjoys a cozy dining area, a convenient study desk with chair, and a hanging stand for coats/clothes. Just off the living room, guests can enjoy a private balcony with views onto the historic Gresse Street. A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen will be at your disposal for all your culinary needs. Kitchen utilities include an oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs etc. The bathroom is modern, and the bath includes a built-in rainfall shower. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), guests can enjoy the combination of a refurbished apartment situated in a perfect central location. Guest access Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Please kindly note that no smoking is allowed in this property. The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults: 2 adults sharing the king-sized-bed in the bedroom, and 2 adults sharing the double Futon in the living room. Please note that if you are only 2 guests it will be assumed that you are sharing the king bed in the bedroom, and the sofa bed in the living room will not be set up. If you are only 2 guests and need the sofa bed set up then let us know when you make the booking. For check-in, keys can be picked up a nearby 24/7 store location under a 5 minute walk away on Oxford Street. For check-out, you are able to lock up and drop the key back at the same location you picked it up from. Key codes will be provided once you have booked. Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is anytime before 10am on the day of your departure. Kindly note that due to insurance purposes, the cleaning company have regulations which prohibit us from allowing early check-in/luggage drop-off, or later check-out/luggage pick-up.
