The living room also opens onto an additional balcony, perfect for soaking up the city atmosphere. Ambient LED lighting throughout creates a warm and welcoming feel. The two modern bathrooms feature high-quality finishes and amenities for maximum comfort. The apartment is fully automated: after your booking, you will receive a personal PIN code allowing easy access to both the building and the apartment. Guest access The apartment shares with the other units in the building a rooftop terrace located at the very top, furnished with outdoor furniture and offering lovely views of the city, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some time outdoors. The building also provides a shared washing machine and dryer for your convenience during your stay. Other things to note Other important details: A mandatory tourist tax must be paid in Catalonia, applicable from the age of 16: €1.75 per adult per night (maximum of 7 nights). From April 2027, this tax will increase to €2.50 per adult per night. A security deposit of €150 is required and will be refunded after check-out.
