These apartments have been designed with everything we would like to find (and that often isn't there) as if it were our home. It has a 150cm bed and a 105cm sofa bed. For shopping there is a Mercadona 3 minutes away and you can walk because we are in the center. Easy parking. Guest access It has a patio on the top floor where you can go out to enjoy. In the entrance area, it has a large area to gather. Other things to note -Welcome pack consisting of 2 1.5l bottles of water, coffee capsules for Nespresso, 1 liter of milk, saccharin, sugar, etc., so you can start enjoying from the first moment. -30 hangers in the closet (make sure there are enough). - Shoe rack with three brushes and shoe creams. -2 umbrellas in case it rains. One as a gift (the one on the bed). - 1.50m sofa in case you bring a lot of things. -55" SMART TV in the living room and 32" in the bedroom. -VERTUO NEXPRESSO coffee machine.
