Sunny in the bay

Large room with Queen bed. Desk for work. Full kitchen for guest use. Close to shops transport and local pool. 7 min off State Highway 1. 22 minutes drive to Wellington. 5 minutes walk to Titahi Beach. Please note this is in a shared house. Communal areas are shared. Quiet time after 10pm. Kindly no cooking of pork or ham. All other meats are okay. The space Beautiful, clean and quiet sunny room in Titahi bay. Keys are provided for both the main entrance and your own room. Shared facilities of kitchen and dining area, bathroom, and lounge. Private feel with a view to the greenery of the back garden. Guest access House is above street level. Park on the street as it is a fairly narrow driveway which is difficult for most people to turn/ reverse. Can fit one car that is usually mine. You may use my parking under certain circumstances and only with prior arrangements. Walk up the walkway (also driveway) towards the blue house at end of the drive. There are 18 steps. At top of the steps, you will see a yellow door. Do not use the gate in front of you, rather turn left at the yellow door to come up the front door. During your stay Dear guest I am totally available to interact and answer any questions you may have. However, this is your time to take a break and unwind so interacting/socializing is not expected. Do what makes you happy! Other things to note Please remove shoes in the house. House shoes/ sleepers provided. If you are traveling with another guest, kindly provide their full name before confirming the reservation.
