In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. The buildings are surrounded by lawns, woods and orchards, which guarantee calm but even more so because we manage this farm ourselves without any treatment products, fertilizers, or glyphosate. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, the Maison des Vergers can accommodate 8 people in 2 bedrooms for 2 and a dormitory for 4. You will have large spaces inside (100 m2 living room) and outside (garden not overlooked) with all the necessary amenities (see details). Our guests particularly appreciate evenings around the brazier and good grilled meats on the barbecue. - Ground floor (85 m2): Entrance. Living room with kitchen, living room and private garden, wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. - Floor (50 m2): 8 beds 80 x 190 divided into 2 closed bedrooms and 2 alcoves, separate toilet. Young children must be supervised (unsecured body of water). Pets accepted only upon prior request (surcharge 50€/stay or 5€/day). No pets allowed upstairs. For single night bookings: option to check in earlier (before 2 p.m.) or check out later (after 2 p.m.). Unfortunately no PRM access: stairs and steps on the ground floor. Possibility to rent the Manor apartment at the same time if there are more of you. Guest access You will be alone in your accommodation and will have private access and a garden not overlooked where you can organize your meals, barbecue, evening around the brazier. You can enjoy the park (15 Ha) for a walk. Unless previously agreed by the owners, access to the property is strictly reserved for registered tenants and the person booking must be at least 25 years old. Festive stays such as bachelor parties and birthdays are possible if declared and validated by the owners at the time of booking. Swimming pool closed for renovation in 2024, reopening in 2025, access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., depending on the weather from June to September Other outdoor activities: ping pong and petanque. The owners live on the property in a separate house. Other things to note The beds are made upon arrival. Closet bottoms, tablecloths, tea towels and cleaning products provided. Bathroom and pool towels are not provided, rental is possible. 1 bed or 2 extra beds can be requested as an option, €30/night. High-speed WiFi (fiber). Parents must be very vigilant with small children: unprotected bodies of water and dangerous stairs for small children. You can make noise, play music (in your private garden, not at the pool), bring a speaker (no more than 200 watts). Electric car: recharging is possible with reimbursement of consumption.
