Two bedrooms with wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and a laundry are landed on one floor. A subfloor with 4-5 steps in between carry the lounge and kitchen with dining table. Parking: 2 x allocated covered parking in buildings underground garage. Not that campervans or other oversized vehicles will not fit into underground garage. Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Location and proximity: Ideally located by the lake, the apartment offers easy walking access to the lake front, while still within close proximity to all the happening. - 12 minutes drive from the Queenstown international airport. - 10 minutes drive to nearby supermarkets - 10 minutes walk from Queenstown CBD - 10 minutes drive to Frankton shopping centre - 45 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area. - 45 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area. Message from Ray: Spa is communal and bookings are managed by reception on site only. Note reception will not provide other services but we will be at all times.
