We offer two bedrooms on the second floor of a multi-level house in tree lined historic neighborhood full of unique, early 1900s homes. Blocks from University of MN and local eateries. 1.5 mi to St. Scholastica, 1 block to friendly bus route if needed, approx 1 mile to paved Lakewalk along Lake Superior, 5 min drive to downtown, or simply walk around the neighborhood and view historic homes. However, the rooms have operable windows to take advantage of the Lake Superior breeze, if needed, as well as portable fans.
