This house is an upgraded 3-bedroom home within a cul-de-sac of a gated community. The kitchen and primary bathroom were remodeled within the last year, along with new paint throughout the house. The backyard is the focal point of this home, with the heated saltwater pool/spa. The kitchen has all your essential appliances, including a state-of-the-art, double-in-wall oven that can air fry your tasty poolside snacks. -A fixed-term lease will need to be signed before checking in. The space This home is equipped with plantation shutters throughout, making it dark and secluded or bright and vibrant, depending on your mood. Guest access This listing is for the whole home. The only part the hosts/owners may access is the garage since a family car is stored there. Other things to note Daily hot tub use (up to 2 hours/day) will be included in the rate. If you want to use the hot tub longer than that or heat the pool, there will be a $10 per hour charge. Typically, it takes one day to get the pool up to swimming temperature (86 degrees) in the wintertime.
