Renowned for its many restaurants, Lake Memphremagog and its breathtaking landscapes, the Magog/Orford region is without a doubt one of the most beautiful regions in Quebec. ***** 2) A SUBLIME YARD FOR FAMILIES Pleasures guaranteed! Kids can have fun in the little wood behind the house. We even created a platform directly in the trees. Module for children and sandbox are also waiting for these. Of course, our heated inground pool remains a major asset for everyone. With our rest area in the shade at the end of the pool, you can watch the children while resting. Adults are also pampered. Our hot tub and our fireplace corner will allow you to relax and create magical moments for all! ***** 3) LARGE MODERN HOUSE Unlike a hotel room or a condo, you will have all the space you need for 10 people. Four large bedrooms spread over three floors, including a garden level that directly overlooks the hot tub and has a babyfoot table. Everything has been thought out to share magical moments that will remain engraved forever with your group. ***** Here are 4 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our house: 1- NO PARTY ALLOWED Having good neighbourliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable. 2- CHECK-IN: AFTER 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT: BEFORE 10:00 AM Since we allow check-ins at 4:00 PM, check-outs must be completed by 10:00 AM. We must provide the cleaning team with the full 6 hours to properly prepare the property between stays. 3- THE POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN MAY 20th AND SEPTEMBER 15th Between these dates, the swimming pool will therefore be open and heated for the pleasure of all :) 4- NO ANIMALS For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed in the property due to severe allergies. ****** Guest access - information messages will be sent to you as soon as the reservation is confirmed. - A user manual will also allow you to find answers to all your questions.
