You'll love taking in the amazing views of Pikes Peak, the 14,115' tall mountain which towers 8000' over the Colorado Springs skyline while looking out the windows in our space. You'll notice: * An abundance of large windows which allows copious natural light and sunshine to fill the home * Plenty of comfortable seating to lounge, read, relax in after a long day * A 4K smart TV to enjoy all of your favorite movies and shows while lounging on our extremely comfortable living room sofa * Unique lamps and light fixtures that set a warm tone and ambience * Powerful yet efficient and quiet mini-split AC/heating systems to keep you fully comfortable during the summer and warm during the winter * A back patio with a propane gas grill and four comfortable outdoor chairs + umbrella perfect for visiting with friends and family while enjoying our 320+ annual days of sunshine here in the state * a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, new appliances [dishwasher, microwave, coffee brewing machine, electric tea kettle] and new cookware * a dining room which has seating + space for four to comfortably dine together * a laundry closet next to the bathroom with a new washer + dryer We spared no expense in fully renovating our space. You have a private entrance located up a short set of stairs to the back patio deck as well as your own private driveway parking spot. There is plenty of street parking space on the other side of the house which faces W Bijou St. It's just a very short walk through our side yard to access the private rear driveway and the home's upper-level entrance. (You can park up to two vehicles at our home.) You'll be staying a very short walk down to the heart of Old Colorado City, one of Colorado Spring's best neighborhoods! Take a stroll down to the heart of Old Colorado City where you can rent electric scooters and bikes, take buses to downtown Colorado Springs or downtown Manitou Springs. Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered at Laundry Time Circle, the best and largest laundromat in Colorado Springs.
