It is located directly in the city center in the heart of Dresden at the central station. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and cultural institutions in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe is within walking distance. The city center and the Technical University are very easy to reach. Other things to note Normally, an apartment comes with a balcony. Unfortunately, it's been taken over by pigeons and is therefore very dirty. Its use is very limited and therefore not listed in the listing. The rest of the apartment is unaffected.
