Make yourself at home in these brand new guest bedrooms featuring Nectar Mattresses! Each room has a desk & monitor for your working convenience. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Austin without the noise and nuisance of being downtown. You’ll be staying only 25 mins from the Airport, 15 Mins from the Domain, and 20 mins from downtown Austin! Target/Walmart & Costco are also only 5 mins away. I’m always a quick call/text if you need anything. The space This is a 2 story home with all of the bedrooms located upstairs. The shared full bath is in the hallway between the rooms and the additional half bath is located downstairs. This listing is for all 3 Guest Bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 Adults comfortably. The living room couch features a pull out bed which can sleep a 7th adult. Guest access The Entire Home except the Master Bedroom will be available for you to access During your stay It’s up to you how much you want to interact with me! I always strive to provide privacy but am usually available to provide recommendations, directions, or even just to hang out! Other things to note Note for folks who have any pet allergies: I do have a furry friend that lives on site but she is mostly outside in the backyard. She is very quiet and you may not even notice! The Coffee Bar is always available for guests to use as well as the fridge. Please try to keep the place tidy! Absolutely no additional guests besides the one’s listed on the reservation without my permission.
