Adorable 1 bedroom guest house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not for use of Airbnb guests. The space Brand new 1 bedroom/1 bath with full kitchen and laundry and living room. Guest access Please use the gravel pathway around to the gate to enter the unit. The guest have access to the entire guesthouse only. No pool access for Airbnb guests. Other things to note Early check-in request will be granted on case by case basis depending on availability. Early check in fee of $25 will be requested if early check in is requested and granted. Hosts living on site have 2 dogs. Please ensure the gates are closed when you come and go. Hosts will try to arrange going out schedules when the guests are not present but this isn’t always doable.
