Incredible Marco River views from Poolside in this Quiet 1700 SqFt Ranch. Keep your own boat at the private sea wall; only 5 minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico. Extra guests have sleeping room in queen air/sofa bed with extra fee. The space We have a home with unique views of the Marco river, with the Sailboats and watercraft traveling by. Guest access There is a private pool, dock, ability to tie off your boat on the sea wall if you choose. The garage is off limits The kitchen is packed with equipment and spices. We have two coolers to take to the beach. There are a beach towel for each guest. Our pool is heated to a reasonable temperature during reasonable weather, which can be often on tropical Marco Island. The lanai has seating at the dining table for six. There is also one lounge chair, and more outdoor seating. There is a barbecue. Other things to note We have Internet phone system, and WiFi, for up to date communication. We allow a small dog, but if the housekeeper charges increased fee to clean up after the dog, we will have to charge you. She never charges more than an additional $50. We are dog owners, and understand the love for our furry friends. We are very reasonable. Please, no cats.
