➡️A delightful sweet cosy flat located in Loresho, a safe and serene suburb. The unit has strong WiFi (30mbps). It has a back up WiFi which provides for a seamless internet connection. ➡️The flat has a smart tv plus DStv Compact and a desk. There is a lovely shower (hot with good pressure) and a back-up inverter for the lights and WiFi. ➡️The unit is most suitable for solo travelers but it can accommodate a couple (for short stays). The compound has 24/7 security. It is a quiet and private space. ➡️This is a guest house sharing a compound with the main house although it has a separate entrance and its own private space. ➡️You will have access to the gardens which are shared with the main house. Please note there is no view of the gardens from the guest house. ➡️Please also note that we have two Japanese Spritz dogs that are very friendly but they are usually allowed to roam freely in the compound. ➡️We also have a washing machine and drying lines for your use. ➡️You can access the garden of the main house. ➡️Please note that we also use it so this is a shared space. ➡️Someone will be physically available to assist you in case of any requirement 24/7. ➡️We also have security on the property 24/7. Loresho is a beautiful, leafy suburb and perfect for those looking for a quiet, peaceful stay! The property is 2km away from the local kiosk where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and 3km away from the local supermarket JD’s supermarket and eateries such as Wasp and Sprout, Sugar baked (who stock the best chocolate cookies) Gogol Italian Restaurant (yummy pizzas) and the famous Shamba Restaurant that hosts a farmers market every Saturday morning! It is also only 2km away from Lion First Sight Eye Hospital. We also have Vetlab Golf club nearby although there is a fee to use the course for non members. For biking enthusiasts there is a bike shop in Loresho where you can hire bikes (make sure you book in advance). The Wine shop is also in the neighborhood! Ubers, Little cabs and other taxi services are readily available. There is free parking on the property. ➡️For the TV please note that whilst we do have a smart tv you will need to put in your own account details for Netflix. We do have DSTv compact though which is absolutely free for you! ➡️We have two super markets close by that is Naivas off Waiyaki Way and JDs in Loresho (3kms away). We also have restaurants and a bakery at the Loresho shopping center plus a Java for anyone wanting a hot cup of coffee and a croissant for breakfast amongst many other choices!
