Located in the heart of Waldport, Alsea Shores has a huge fully fenced front yard and is perfect for kids and dogs to romp and play in. The large open concept first floor is sunny and bright with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time together. The large dining room table is a perfect place to gather and feast on your favorite meal - even the catch of the day! On those nights where a storm rolls in, the living room is equipped with a wood stove to keep you warm and toasty. Two spacious bedrooms are upstairs with a bath located between the two. Both have king beds that can be split into two twins, and both have a built-in twin bed. The primary bedroom has a balcony to step out on and appreciate the Alsea Bay Bridge view. It also has some added privacy with its own half bath. Enjoy more views of the bridge from the other bedroom as well. The hang out destination will be your very own gameroom where you can play cards, edge up to the refreshing home bar where you can stock the kitchenette with your favorite beverages, play in some foosball competitions, or catch a favorite sporting event and watch your favorite movies. This is the perfect hang out for the gang! Ready to enjoy some beach time? Just follow the short path from the front yard to the beach on the Alsea Bay. Ready to relax? Sink into the wonderful hot tub and enjoy the night stars! Perfectly located near the Port of Alsea, with room for you to bring your boat, you will be able to fish for Steelhead, cutthroat trout, Chinook Salmon, Perch and Starry Flounder amongst other fish. Fishing the Alsea Bay and River makes fishing from the shore, a dock or a boat fun for the whole family. Crabbing and Clamming is among the best in the state and the Port of Alsea allows for crabbing from its docks! Always consult with current fishing/shellfish regulations from the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife. Have a passion for kayaking? Bring that along, too, and follow the Alsea River Water Trail. Adventures abound while staying at Alsea Shores! Sleeps up to 10 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Kings (that can be separated into two extra long Twin beds -- with prior notice), 2 Built-in Twins, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the garage, Full/Twin bunk bed in the garage, 4 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned. There is plenty of room to bring a boat and park it at the house. Large grassy yard fully fenced for dogs. Guest access After 5pm, you’ll be able to enter the home from the electronic keypad using your personal code. The electronic lock is located on the front door.
