Guest access Guest has access their private bedroom (with lock and key) as well as shared spaces including, Two Full bathroom, Livingroom, kitchen, dining room, front porch with lots of seating and plants, fenced back yard with grill, and a beautiful flower garden with sitting area and firepit. During your stay I enjoy interacting with all types of people from all walks of life-domestic & international. Privacy is respected. Other things to note Must climb a flight of stairs from the street to the front porch. Street parking only. Permit needed M-F and will be provided and must be returned at check-out. Other long and short term guests (students, visiting professors, young professionals, traveling nurses, adventure seekers) may also be in the home during your stay. The owner is a sweet lady named Maggie who also lives on site and has hosted for 20 years. Maggie enjoys talking to guests but will also respect your space. It isn't uncommon for someone to cook a meal and invite other guests to join or for several to have a board game night on the dining room table, but if you need privacy and come to work and sleep, that is fine too. It's expected that everyone clean up after themselves, disinfect bathrooms after use, and help take out the trash as needed.
