Comfortable apartment for 8 people in Valfréjus (Savoie)

Bright apartment (8 people), all comfort of 65 m2 at the ski resort of Valfréjus (1550 m/2737 m) in a quiet individual chalet, on the edge of the forest with a superb view of the Vanoise massif, 200 m from the nearest slope and 350 m from the center of the resort where there is the departure of the cable car, all shops and ski schools. There is a 40 m difference in altitude between the chalet and the start of the gondola, it takes between 5 to 10 minutes on foot to make the journey. The space the apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 140 x 190 in each (sleeps 4) and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4, 80 x 190), a living room with a bench, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the Vanoise massif. At the entrance to the chalet, the apartment has a large heated ski locker, equipped with a shoe rack. A parking space is reserved for each apartment within the chalet. The other vehicles will be parked in the free parking lots of the resort located 100 m from the chalet for the closest ones. Free internet access. Other things to note The apartment is for rent from Saturday to Saturday, the rent is excluding electricity charges (about €70) and excluding tourist tax (€1 per day and per adult). Upon arrival, you'll be asked to make a security deposit of €1500, which will be returned to you upon departure minus any damage costs. You can contact the owner for different durations included outside school holidays. The rent does not include linen and cleaning at the end of the stay, it is possible to book them with a service provider. We can make available free of charge upon request and if available a crib, high chair and child bath. Pets are allowed, outside school holiday periods, with the owner’s prior consent; there is a fee of €50 per pet. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €1,500, which will be returned to you upon departure, minus any cleaning or damage costs. Additionally, the apartment is non-smoking.
