Cocoon paradise and dream landscape

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is located close to our residential house, but it enjoys an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave. The space As you can see from the photos, this small 40 m2 detached house consists of a generous living space in one piece + a bathroom. Other things to note The village center is a 5-minute walk, the Bains de la Gruyère is 15 minutes, the ski lifts for Vounetz (summer, winter) are 4 minutes, shops and restaurants are 10 minutes. Within a 20-kilometer radius, chocolate factory (Maison Cailler in Broc), medieval city of Gruyère, its castle, its Giger Museum (Alien;-), via ferrata, climbing, skiing, ski touring and mountain hikes. (Gastlosen, etc.), among other activities in a region with a thousand facets.
