Under no circumstances may a guest claim any right to remain on the premises beyond this period.<br><br>Additional linens are available upon request for an extra charge of €10.<br><br>For example, if you book a two-bedroom apartment, the reservation includes 1 set (1 flat sheet, 1 comforter, 2 pillowcases, 1 comforter cover) available for your stay.<br><br>➢ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:<br>- Check-in is scheduled for the afternoon starting at 5:00 PM.<br>- Check-out is in the morning before 10:00 a.m.<br>- Cleaning must be completed on the day of departure, before the check-out deadline.<br><br>➢ EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:<br>- This accommodations are rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), comforters, pillows, and blankets.<br>- Sheets and other linens (bed sets, towels, dish towels, etc.) are included, as well as basic household supplies.<br>Use of the Premises:<br>- All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and ensure it remains clean.<br>- Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price. However, to help protect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heat.<br>- All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not flush anything down the toilet.<br>- Be sure to lock the apartment securely whenever you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause.<br>- PLEASE REMEMBER TO AIR OUT THE ROOMS DURING YOUR STAY :)<br><br>➢ SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES:<br>- Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them for their intended purpose. Noise levels, both inside and outside the property, must be kept to a minimum to respect the peace of the neighborhood.
