Only 20 minutes away from Downtown, Vancouver (low traffic time), enjoy your beautiful ground-level suite in a family oriented safe and quiet setting. 10 min walk to Delbrook rec center, or 5-min walk to the famous Edgemont Village with restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and hiking trails. Enjoy North Share tourist attractions: Suspension Bridge is walking distance away, and Grouse Mountain is only a 3-min drive away. Lonsdale Quay is 15 minutes away as well. The space The suite includes one bedroom with queen-size bed, and another bedroom with a twin bed. The suite includes a bathroom with shower. The living room opens to a beautiful garden with lounge chairs. 450 square footage. Guest access The suite is located in the back garden of our house, with private entrance. Guest access is via a smart lock self-check in. Other things to note Delbrook Community Recreation Centre is only a 10 minute walk away! Offers Pool, sauna, gym, Basketball Court and other amenities. Drop ins are welcome! Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. An additional hourly fee applies for check-ins before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-outs after the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop off your luggage on your check-in day anytime after 11:30 AM. Please send us a message at least 30 minutes before your luggage drop-off.
