Located on High Street in the quaint small town of Historic Port Deposit, (Maryland), perfect for couples or families. Great location in a safe neighborhood, short walk to local eateries, waterfront promenade, playground, fishing pier, dog park, and much more. The space You will have access to the entire house with your own separate entrance and private rear back porch. Two spacious bedrooms: bedroom #1 has a queen bed; bedroom #2 has a queen bed and workspace. One full bath with a bathtub. And in-unit washer and dryer. Please note: the cottage does have a third-floor bedroom, but the third-floor bedroom is not included in the booking. The door to the third floor will be locked, not available to access, and will not be occupied anytime during your stay. If you would like to book the additional third-floor bedroom (2 full beds and 1 twin bed) please refer to the other listing to book. 100% smoke-free and no smoking within 20 feet of the cottage. Guest access Entry is seamless with an electronic keypad. You will receive your custom entry code before check-in. Other things to note Parking: 🚗 Quarry Landing is located in the center of town. Please note: there is no parking next to the cottage, but free open lot town parking a short distance (about a 1 to 2 minute walk) down the hill. Upon your arrival, we will coordinate a spot near the cottage to unload your belongings. After unloading, the free open-air lot(s) town parking is available to park. Steps: 🪜 We do not recommend the cottage to anyone that has difficulty with stairs or hills. There are stairs to enter the cottage, as well as, the cottage is a duplex with 2 levels. Additionally, the parking lot(s) are located down the hill from the cottage. Train: 🚂 We are located in the center of town on a quiet street, but you may hear the sound of the train from time to time. We do provide white noise machines for light sleepers. 🌼 The advantage of being in the center of town is that it’s a short walk to all the local attractions 🌼
