4bed house in Surrey countryside 40min from London

Beautiful 4-bed semi-detached renovated house with close links to London only 40 min by train. Ideal for families/ couples with lovely garden overlooking Surrey countryside. Very spacious with modern kitchen, bi-folding doors, bbq and garden furniture. Located in quiet residential area 10min walk from Oxshott Heath woodland and stunning countryside walks. Train station is 20min walk (5min by car) with two trains every hour to London Waterloo. Heathrow and Gatwick airports 30min by car. The space Beautiful recently renovated 4-bed semi-detached house in affluent village of Oxshott. Our home is set in a beautiful Surrey countryside in a quiet road and some scenic country walks in Surrey Hills. The downstairs consists of a large family room which is the kitchen/ dining area that benefits from Siemens cooker/ two ovens and Bosch fridge and freezer. The large island and a dining table can seat all guests comfortably. There is also a computer desk within the kitchen which guests can use for work. The space also contains the sitting room with sofas and chair with full Disney+ package. There is a free WiFi with hotspots access throughout. One of the bedrooms with sofa bed is located downstairs off the hallway and is completely separate from the kitchen/ entertaining area. Additionally downstairs has is a small utility room and a guest toilet. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms. The 1st bedroom had a double bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and another bathroom with walk-in shower. Externally there is a rear garden with a patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. The garden is set amongst some old oak trees with a view of Surrey countryside which makes it perfect for relaxing evenings after the day of sightseeing. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, bar the office downstairs and one small room upstairs where we store our belongings whilst we are away. Other things to note Please note it is our family home and as such it’s not pristine as lived-in. We will clear most spaces for our guests but some of the family items will inevitably remain so please don’t book if you expect an empty hotel-type house :-). We have been using airbnb for years but it’s the first time we are hosting hence no reviews yet.
