Other things to note The room is located on the ground floor of a 4-unit semi-detached apartment building. There are 2 apartments on the 2nd floor and one apartment in a semi-basement. The room is also located at the intersection of a busy thoroughfare. If you are a light sleeper or easily bothered by passing traffic noise, this may not be the ideal room for you.
