Looking for tranquility? Come and recharge your batteries in our 30 m² studio on the ground floor of a renovated old farm. Ideal for relaxing, teleworking or enjoying the calm of the countryside, it opens onto a private terrace. The cozy space includes: a double bed 160 x 200 cm a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer an electric vehicle charging station (based on availability, participation) Looking forward to welcoming you! The space Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests: a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 young children. Please take into account the length of your stay and your needs for optimal comfort. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are provided according to the number of guests. --Sleeping arrangements: For bookings for 2 people, only the 160x200 cm double bed is prepared by default, with bed linen provided. A second bed can be added on request (+€10 per stay). The 140x190 cm sofa bed can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children, and is recommended for short stays. It has a mattress topper for extra comfort, but for longer stays it will be less comfortable than the main bed. Bed linen is automatically provided for bookings of 3 or more people. For babies: Travel cot with mattress (provide baby bedding: sheet + mattress protector). The cot is available on request only. Please request it when you make your booking. We thank our guests for respecting the accommodation, its furniture and the neighbourhood. This accommodation is non-smoking, but a table with two chairs is available outside, even in winter. If you have reduced mobility, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange access to our private parking. You will also enjoy a private terrace with a sofa and garden table for 4 people, accessible from early spring (depending on the weather) to early autumn, ideal for relaxing in the open air. Located on the ground floor of our house, with a private entrance, your studio opens onto an exclusive terrace that is entirely reserved for you. Perfectly equipped for your comfort, it invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air from spring to early autumn, while being protected from the vagaries of the weather. For total autonomy, a secure lockbox allows you to check in and out freely, at your own pace. Enjoy your private space with complete peace of mind, with all the comforts you need to make every moment a time of relaxation and tranquility. Other things to note --Beds and options for two people: For bookings of two people, only one bed prepared by default. If you would like a second bed, please let us know in advance so that our housekeeping service can install it. This service incurs an additional cost of €10 per stay. --Parking and arrival: Upon arrival, you can park temporarily in front of the studio to comfortably unload your belongings. Please do not block access to the shared car park with our neighbours and pay attention to the adjacent garage. For the duration of your stay, free public parking with a disc, quiet and typical of a village, is available about 200 m away on foot, opposite the school: 📍 60 Rue des Maures, 01170 Échenevex To access it, continue to the end of Rue du Bourg, then turn left. The car park is right in front of the school. I can send you a PDF that easily indicates where to park for unloading and the route to the public car park. --Electric vehicle charging station: Available on request in our private car park. As we also use this terminal, please move your vehicle to the school car park once charging is complete. The cost will be calculated according to the range of your vehicle.
