Need air, sweetness, and greenery? In a renovated old farmhouse, come and recharge or work in our pretty 30m2 studio on the ground floor of our house. Independent studio with its terrace to enjoy peaceful moments. You have a sofa bed in the living room (140x190), a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer. A charging station is available for your use (subject to availability and for a fee). The space The essentials of our space: • Free fiber WiFi. • Smart TV - TV with all channels ( French, German, US, etc.) • Amazon Prime (included) / Netflix or Disney ( with your codes) - Dolce Gusto machine + Kettle (complimentary coffee and tea) • Fully equipped kitchen - Microwave, oven, hob hob • Kitchen utensils and all table • Washer-dryer /Spreader rack • Dressing / iron • Towels and bedding provided • Self check-in (key box system) • Outdoor terrace • Shower gel/ Shampoo / Hair dryer • Free Parking 200 m from the studio • Charging station (paid and booked) The cleaning is done in a very neat way between each guest. This is an essential point for us. We ask that our guests respect the place, its furniture and the surrounding area. If you are in a situation of reduced mobility, please let us know in advance so that we are able to organize for our private parking. You have your own terrace with a sofa and garden table with 4 chairs ( from spring to early fall) Sleeping Spaces in the Living Room: - Main: Comfort of a 160 x 200 bed with linen provided. - Extra: Sofa bed (140x190) with linen provided, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. We recommend it for short stays to guarantee your optimal comfort. For reservations booked for two, only one bed is prepared by default. If you would like to have a second bed, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange this with our maintenance service. This additional service comes at a cost of €10 per stay. We can accommodate up to 4 adults in our home. However, it is essential to emphasize that while the sofa bed is suitable for sleeping, its comfort level may not meet your expectations for extended stays. We therefore recommend that you take into account the length of your stay and your comfort needs when planning your reservation. - For infants: Umbrella bed with mattress (provide baby linens: sheet + mattress cover). The bed is available on demand in only. Please request it at the time of booking. Guest access Your independent cocoon awaits! On the ground floor of our house, accessible by a private entrance, your studio opens onto a terrace that is exclusively reserved for you, furnished for your comfort from spring to early fall, inviting you to relax outdoors without worrying about the seasons. Your autonomy is reinforced by a secure key box for a check-in and check-out in complete freedom. Enjoy your space in complete privacy, with all the comforts you need to make every day spent here synonymous with escape and tranquility. Other things to note -- Upon arrival, you can stop in front of the studio to comfortably unload your belongings. Then we ask you to park your vehicle in the free public parking lot located near the school, without time limit. Parking at the end of the street. This ensures a smooth organization and optimal accessibility for everyone. -- Available upon request, our EV vehicle charger is located in our private parking lot. We also use this kiosk, so after reloading, we kindly ask you to park your vehicle at the school parking lot.
