Looking for tranquility? Come and recharge your batteries in our 30 m² studio on the ground floor of a renovated old farm. Ideal for relaxing, teleworking or enjoying the calm of the countryside, it opens onto a private terrace. The cozy space includes: a double bed 160 x 200 cm a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer an electric vehicle charging station (based on availability, participation) Looking forward to welcoming you! The space Our accommodation sleeps up to 4 guests: 3 adults maximum or 2 adults with 2 young children. Please take into account the duration of your stay and your needs for optimal comfort. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are provided according to the number of guests. --The beds: For reservations for 2 people, only the double bed 160 x 200 cm is prepared by default, with bed linen provided. A second bed can be added upon request (+ €10 per stay). The 140 x 190 cm sofa bed can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children, recommended for short stays. It has a mattress topper for extra comfort, but for extended stays, it will be less comfortable than the main bed. Bed linen is automatically provided for reservations of 3 or more people. For babies: Travel cot with mattress (provide baby linen: sheet + mattress protector). The bed is available upon request only. Please request it at the time of booking. Note that if you add the crib in addition to the two possible beds, the space becomes limited. --Equipment and comfort: • Free fiber Wi-Fi • Smart TV – TV with all channels (French, German, US etc.) • Amazon Prime (included) / Netflix or Disney (with your codes) • Dolce Gusto machine + kettle (coffee and tea provided) • Fully equipped kitchen – Microwave, oven, stove. • Kitchen utensils and all tableware included • Washing machine, dryer / clothes rack • Dressing room / Iron • Self check-in (lockbox system) • Outdoor terrace • Shower gel / Shampoo / Hair dryer / straightener • Free parking 200 m from the studio • Charging station (paid and by reservation) The accommodation is carefully cleaned between each stay, as your comfort and well-being are essential to us. We thank our guests for respecting the accommodation, its furniture and the neighborhood. This accommodation is non-smoking, but a table with two chairs is available outside. If you have reduced mobility, please let us know in advance so we can arrange access to our private parking. You will also enjoy a private terrace with sofa and garden table for 4 people, accessible from early spring (depending on the weather) to early autumn, ideal for relaxing outdoors. If we are there during your stay, we will be delighted to welcome you and will be available to answer any of your questions. Guest access Your little peaceful haven awaits you! Located on the ground floor of our house, with a private entrance, your studio opens onto an exclusive terrace that is entirely reserved for you. Perfectly equipped for your comfort, it invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air from spring to early autumn, while being protected from the vagaries of the weather. For total autonomy, a secure lockbox allows you to check in and out freely, at your own pace. Enjoy your private space with complete peace of mind, with all the comforts you need to make every moment a time of relaxation and tranquility. Other things to note --Beds and options for two people: For reservations for two people, only one bed is prepared by default. If you would like a second bed, please let us know in advance so that our maintenance service can install it. This service incurs an additional cost of €10 per stay. --Parking and check-in: Upon arrival, you can park temporarily in front of the studio to comfortably unload your belongings. Please do not block access to the parking lot shared with our neighbors and pay attention to the adjacent garage. For the duration of your stay, free public parking, quiet and typical of the village, is available about 200 m on foot, in front of the school: 📍 60 Rue des Maures, 01170 Echenevex To access it, continue to the end of Rue du Bourg, then turn left. Parking is directly in front of the school. I can send you a PDF that easily indicates where to park for unloading and the way to the public parking lot. --Electric vehicle charging station: Available on request in our private parking lot. As we also use this terminal, we kindly request that you move your vehicle to the school parking lot once the recharge is complete. The cost will be calculated based on your vehicle's range.
