Enjoy a newly renovated First Floor Studio Flat in a building of four studio flats. Centrally located, 9min walk from Sutton Train station and Sutton High Street. The Studio Flat includes a kitchenette with washbasin, fridge, mini oven and hob, as well as your own private bathroom. There's a shared washing machine on the Ground Floor and larger kitchen that every flat can also use. Wifi included and one parking space is available in the driveway on a first come first serve basis. The space This is a reasonably sized studio flat with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa-bed and kitchenette on the corner of the main living area. You also have your own bathroom for your exclusive use running off your flat's own hallway. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, mini oven with electric cooker, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, utensils etc. Please refer to the amenities section for a full list of items provided. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to their own flat. In addition there is a larger kitchen downstairs (with microwave, gas cooker etc) which all guests staying across the four flats may use. Other things to note If you are booking for more than 2 people, an additional single mattress, and associated bed linen will be provided to place on the sofa-bed
