A change of scenery at the foot of the Vercors

Come and try the experience of an atypical stay in this recent tiny house. Natural wood, sustainable materials, cozy decor: this warm and functional space will surprise you!! In a small space, it offers both the essentials and the indispensable for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet and wooded garden, you will enjoy both the calm of the countryside and an ideal geographical location (10 min from Valence) at the foot of the Vercors. The space Welcome to this tiny eco-friendly house to enjoy a cocooning moment as a couple or with a child. Undia, our little Jack Russel dog, will be happy to host you ;) In the living area you will find a kitchen area with induction stove, sink, fridge and everything you need to cook with a raclette machine at your disposal. Living area with sofa, air conditioning installed, bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, eco-friendly dry toilet. A sleeping area at a height of 140 X 200 with access by a wooden ladder, another bedroom is opposite with a bed of 180 X 90. You can choose to dine outside or inside depending on the weather. The TV offers classic channels as well as Netflix and WiFi. A 4th person is possible sleeping on the bottom bench. Bed linen/bath towels are provided. Tassimo pods to be provided. Please note: we invite you to take note of the access to the 2 mezzanines. Access is via a fairly steep ladder that may not be suitable for everyone. A second ladder exists for the small room but does not appear in the photos. The accommodation is close to Valence TGV station less than 10 km away. Guest access Located next to our house, the tiny house is exclusively reserved for guests. Access in total autonomy is delimited by a fence. Other things to note Before your departure, it is important to take out all the garbage (including the garbage bag of your dry toilet) in the containers at the entrance of the gate.
