ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY! One suite of 2 rooms with private bath. use of dock,kayaks, deck, hot tub, sunroom and living room. Very quiet and private. Wonderful view from the sunroom. A full breakfast is served if you want. NOTE; This is a private home and the Owner lives on site downstairs. The space My B&B is unique in that it is only 1 suite of rooms upstairs with private bath. You are the only guests here. It is the only space available on the intracoastal and in Hampstead. Only 30 minutes to Wilmington Downtown. Very quiet and peaceful, with great views of the water from the sunporch. Full breakfast is served. Discount for coffee only. Guest access You have access to the kayaks and dock on the waterway, 15 min to Surf City on Topsail Island, where you can swim, boat or fish. 3 golfcourses within 2 miles, Harbor Village Boat Marina within 1/2 mile. Lots of good restaurants in Hampstead, Topsail Island and Wilmington. Owner's room is downstairs, your space is private and upstairs. Small boats are allowed to stay at my dock if discussed and approved by the owner During your stay I have been running this B&B for over 15 years. By the time they leave ,most guests are like famiy. I love talking to them and suggesting fun things to do. If they want privacy, they get it. Notebook of restaurant menus and tourist activies available. Other things to note Extra persons over 2 are $20.00 each per night. Minimum stay is 2 nights , with discounts over 6 nights. 10% discount for no breakfast (coffee only).
