The kitchen is outdoors next to the pool and for your convenience, there is a half bathroom on the first floor. Additionally, it has private parking and security cameras. Make your stay a memorable experience. Villa Don Coquí awaits you. The space Getting to the house is easy, you can use Waze or Maps. The house has all the amenities for a fun weekend, plus you have your own pool, and the beaches are also nearby. IMPORTANT: The kitchen is downstairs, in the pool area of the property. This is done for safety reasons. The bedrooms, living room and bathroom are upstairs and you will need to go up stairs. The pool and hot tub do not have a heater, they are at ambient temperature. Guest access At Villas Don Coqui, the bedrooms are located upstairs in the property. You will need to go up stairs to reach them, as there is no elevator or ramp. Therefore, please take this fact into consideration before renting the property for the comfort of you and your guests. You will have 48 hours after booking to cancel without penalty. Other things to note Important information for our guests For security reasons, especially since the property has a pool, the maximum number of people allowed on the property is 12 guests. Any additional person who is going to stay on the property must be reported and authorized in advance. An additional charge of $50 per person will apply. No pets allowed, except service animals, according to Airbnb policies and applicable laws. Please remember that your reservation constitutes a lease through Airbnb. Therefore, it is important that the number of guests included in the reservation correctly reflects all the people who will stay at the property. No parties or events are allowed unless previously discussed with and authorized by the host. Any unauthorized party or event will incur an additional $200 fee. It is important to clarify that the jacuzzi does not have a heater. The water temperature will depend on the weather and the outside temperature.
