Regent House is a recently renovated family home nestled in a quiet Hermanus neighbourhood. Vast open-plan spaces provide superb in/outdoor entertainment and spending quality time with family/friends. The space This eloquent, tastefully furnished home offers ample spaces to entertain, with an open plan kitchen, dining room and bbq/braai area all flowing outwards onto the private garden and large patio area where guests can enjoy majestic mountain views or peer over the lush greenery of Hermanus Town's tree tops meeting the ocean in the distance. Large windows contribute to the spacious feel. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, and can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with His and Hers basins and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom comprises a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share an adjoining bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. A guest bathroom is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a dishwasher and washing machine. Additional features include a huge built-in braai, al fresco dining, Wi-Fi, smart tv, built in cupboards in the bedrooms, secure on-premise parking, 3 neat and spacious garden settings with loads of stunning views. A trampoline and climbing frame can be found in the garden. Regular cleaning services during your stay can be arranged as often as you prefer, and dates agreed beforehand. Guest access Secure parking for up to 3 vehicles inside walled driveway. Access to front door is via one set of stairs. (There is also level access from another gate if required.) All the living spaces are on one level, no indoors stairs. Free street parking in the neighbourhood. Walking distance to town centre and waterfront. Plenty of easily accessible parking spaces in town centre. Other things to note The property's electricity is fully supplied via inverter and solar system which means no load shedding interruptions. Trampoline (can be removed) and kids climbing frame with swings in garden. Travel cot, high chair/feeding chair available if required, including toys etc. Just ask and we will provide an array of toys or equipment as required.
