On the ground floor, a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with office. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including one that is dual-aspect (No. 3 to No. 4, separated by a door). The first bedroom includes 4 beds (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90). The other 2 are equipped with 140 beds. Another bathroom with shower is available upstairs. The exterior is completely enclosed on a 700 m² plot. A 40 m² terrace with dining area, garden furniture and an unheated 12 m3 swimming pool and a petanque court, equip the garden.
