Space shaded to well into late morning. Pets under 20lbs must be leashed and kennel at all times . Shared laundry, bath & shared seasonal outdoor kitchen. General amenities include, game and patio areas.1/8 mile walk path. Gated and secure. Locked down 11pm . The space An outdoor camp setting on a shared property. Tent camp areas are well shaded till late morning. The rental space is your and yours alone for the entirety of your stay . The remainder of the property and designated shared areas will occasionally be shared by other guests . The gate policy is firm . This is for your security and safety as well as other guests & our own . With the exception of medical emergency and work related issues the gates are locked firmly at 11pm . No exceptions. They are unlocked for your convenience at approximately 5:30 am ~ 6:00 am. Please take note and read all rules and descriptions Thoroughly. They apply to all guests on the property. They will prevent misunderstandings and hurt feelings. Take note of number 11 . No additional guests, visitors, relatives, stop bys allowed under any circumstances. No function S , gathering’s, events what-so ever . Nobody over for drinks or conversation. This spot was rented out to you only and no one else is permitted no matter how temporary their visit is intended to be. Guest access There is a shared single occupancy bathroom , a laundry area with washer and dryer. As well as a clothesline for your convenience. This is a shared facility and will often times be shared with others . Your patience is greatly appreciated. Not everyone moves at the same speed. There is a storm cellar located on the property for weather related emergencies only . This area is off limits unless opened up by host . There are shared patios and seating areas throughout the property. Tent , rv spots and single occupancy guest house all have their own private seating, table, grills and fire pit areas . Other things to note please read the description of the space thouraly. a quick read will lay to rest any misunderstandings. There is a firm cancelation policy in place . We no longer provide refunds or take responsibility for your failure to read and understand rules , guidelines and descriptions. Read before you book This is a gated and secure location. Firm gate policy is in effect for your your safety and security. Gates are locked up at 11 PM unless late arrival is arranged This stay is geared twords the travler.
