Condo unit in Mandaluyong -SMDC FAME Residences

My SMDC Fame Family suite B with Balcony condo unit is available for daily & weekly rent. It is located in SMDC Fame residences Tower 2 along Edsa between MRT Shaw & Boni Station. The space => Daily rate is good for 2 guests there will be an additional guest fee of Php 300/guest. Allowed maximum guest is only 4. Kindly advise us ahead of time so we can request entry letter from Fame Admin, their office hours is Mon-Fri at 9am to 6pm. => All guest required to provide valid id. =>Visitors are only allowed in the lobby. => Unit is with WIFI, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and Smart Digital Door knob (provided digital password prior to check in and it also has door bell). => Pool Access Tuesday to Sunday (6am to 10Pm) Pool fee Regular days = Php 150 & Holidays = Php 300 =>Paid Parking available within Building premises. = > Ground Floor Area: SMDC Fame Mall, Lobbies , Savemore, Watsons, Bdo Bank, Alfamart Landmark nearby: .
