The space The natural light, modern styling, generous sized rooms and polished timber floorboards throughout make Maggie House a beautiful space to just stop, relax and enjoy time with family, friends or to work in peace. The three bedroom + adjoining outdoor studio is ideal for up to seven guests and has been designed for effortless and comfortable living, long sleep-ins and absolute relaxation. The full kitchen, complete with a one touch Nespresso coffee machine, makes meal preparation a breeze- but with so many amazing cafe’s and restaurants on your doorstep you will be tempted to head out or order in. Spend the afternoon lounging around, enjoying the complimentary Foxtel including Disney+ and Netflix or enjoying the sunshine in the alfresco area. Just open the sliding doors to create a seamless transition between inside and out. If you’re ready for a night out, a 400m walk through Yarraville Village will lead you to the station where you can catch a bus or train directly to Melbourne CBD or to enjoy the Esplanade at Williamstown. Plus, we offer free parking so you can bring your car and explore all this historic area and it’s surrounds have to offer. You will have the entire place to yourselves, so enjoy it. We have set it up with you in mind and hope to surprise you with a few additional luxuries along the way. Dining: 4 seater table Lounge: 3 seater couch, chair, ottoman, complimentary FOXTEL & Disney+, Smart TV - log in to your preferred streaming app. Split system heating/cooling units in all bedrooms, and living areas Alfresco: 4 seater dining table and chairs. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE WE have a VERY strict NO PARTY policy. This is a residential street and the neighbours will complain and inform us. We will generally accomodate bridal groups for preperation - so if you are loking for a beautiful place to get ready for your big day, please ask. SAME-DAY BOOKINGS We have a booking lead time of 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. Priority is given to guests who have booked in advance and need to be checked in. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS We strongly advise you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you definitely require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. Whilst we do our best to accommodate, please understand that, unlike hotels, we don't have a different room to give you. This means if a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please contact us by 4pm the day before your departure to confirm. We will do our best to accommodate. If you require a check-out later than 12pm an additional night will be charged and collected through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This must be paid the night before check-out or housekeeping will be scheduled for 10am as per normal check-out time. STARTER SUPPLIES To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival. If you'd like to add mid-stay services to your booking at any time, please let us know, we are happy to accommodate. LONG STAYS All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost of $185. this will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. If bookings exceed 28+ days, please contact us to make custom arrangements depending on how frequently you would like this service. AIRBNB SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD Airbnb automatically places an authorization hold on Security Deposits for all listings TWO DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. If Airbnb is unable to do this, you will be notified by email with the opportunity to try another payment method within 12 hours. After that, Airbnb will automatically cancel your reservation. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including the outdoor studio which can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children, back alfresco area and front yard. Access is with a digital door lock where you will get your own unique entry pin. Maggie House is Child friendly, infant friendly and has free onsite parking!! Other things to note Linen includes bathrobes & slippers. We kindly ask that all makeup is removed with make up remover wipes (supplied) to avoid staining the linen.
