Located in the Richland neighborhood which is on the Richland side of Lake Oconee. This neighborhood is "outside of the gates" of Reynolds, meaning it has much less traffic and is much more quiet. The home was built in 1992 but we did a complete renovation in 2019 and also added a guest house that just completed in 2022. Plenty of space for multiple families, modern design and a 24 ft sliding glass wall of doors opens to an expansive Deck with an incredible view of the lake.
