The interior space described below and the entrance are entirely private; however, outside areas and amenities such as the driveway, patio, and laundry room are shared spaces, and you may encounter other guests while there. There is a tall wooden fence on three sides of the property, as well as thick hedges, giving plenty of privacy from the rest of the neighborhood. The main room contains a sofa that folds out into a queen size bed, a 65” smart TV, a swivel armchair, and a stylish wood dining table that seats six. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator, K-cup coffee pot with free coffee, microwave, toaster, deep stainless steel sink, counters, cabinets, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and basic seasonings. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and ample storage space. The bathroom has a spacious marble shower with sliding glass doors. The water pressure is excellent. Work desk with ergonomic chair and 516 Mbps WiFi. Common areas shared by all guests include a patio and a laundry room. The patio features a wooden picnic table with parasol that seats eight, and a Weber grill with tools and charcoal. The full sized washer and dryer are inside the grey shed on the patio. I provide laundry detergent. Guest access To access the unit, please park in the driveway on the left, but in the space closest to the lawn. The driveway is deep enough to accommodate two cars.
