Lovely Private Guest Suite in Palmyra!

Private guest suite in heart of Palmyra! 4 Churches corner in background! Centrally located for sites of The Church of Jesus Christ of Lds & Erie Canal Trail! Not the whole house but separate apartment front 1st fl. Bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ sofa, dining room, small washer/dryer. No full kitchen, no kitchen sink. Small sink, small shower in bathroom. Potential for noise from host side, neighbors, street. Finger Lakes, Rochester, Shopping, Skiing, Lake Ontario beaches, all in the region. The space On main Street Palmyra, within just a few blocks of the historic Grandin press (where the Book of Mormon was first published) and other attractions such as little shops, pizza, etc. The house was built in 1826, about the time Joseph Smith was still around Palmyra! Private guest suite is all on 1st floor and has its own outside entrance. Most rooms are covered in carpet Dining room is quite spacious and has a large dining room table where you can spread out and eat or work. Free street parking available most of the year except winter. For winter, check with host for parking. Guest access Separate guest entrance from outside. Front half of 1st floor of home is separate and just for guests. As of 2023, there is now a fully functional bathroom inside the guest suite! No more walking on to host side to get to bathroom! No bathtub but it has a small shower approximately 32x32 inches by about 7 ft. Guests park along curb with free street parking most of year except winter, when street parking is not allowed. In winter park in grass strip between driveway and front guest door or check with host about parking in driveway in winter. Other things to note There is no kitchen, but there is a large dining room with a microwave, toaster, and small fridge. There is no kitchen sink but a very small sink in the bathroom. Early check in or late check out times: Must check with host if available. If available that day, and if asked specifically for by guest and confirmed by host, early or late times may involve extra fees for extra time and must be specifically confirmed by host. If not confirmed by host, extra fees may apply and would likely effect review negatively.
