Your private entrance opens to a 1st floor w/ a quaint living room, fireplace, smart TV, sleeper sofa, recliner, kitchen w/ stove & oven, and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to a unique 2nd floor loft to escape for cozy sleeping. Has private patio, outdoor grill, firepit, cornhole, beautiful pool oasis, and hot tub! The space This adorable little house is quaint and cozy, nestled in the backside portion of a very large backyard with tons of outdoor space that backs up to a creek. Rabbits, hummingbirds, and squirrels frequent the window views. A spiral staircase leads to a cozy second floor with queen bed and eqyptian cotton bedding for all the best sleep! The adorable kitchen offers full size oven and stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, & microwave. Conveniently located right off 169 for a quick access to all major Owasso shopping. Just a 15 min commute to Tulsa Zoo, Gathering Place, and Tulsa airport. Guest access You'll have your own parking space (2 designated parking spaces) and private entry with walkway straight your front door. Very large backyard and outdoor entertainment space. Pool and hot tub are shared with owners, but it's a rare occasion to see us! Other things to note There's a pathway that leads to our cute neighborhood park, with basketball goals, tennis courts, and a covered pavillion with picnic tables. We have 2 pups - Izzie is a laidback Australian shepherd and Carl is a labradoodle puppy! They stay inside the main house with us 90% of the time, but you might see them briefly when they go out to potty.
