Wine Down Retreat walk to downtown Port Clinton

Our home away from home is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the heart of downtown. People watch from the front porch, relax on the back private patio, or take a short walk to the restaurants and bars downtown. 3 Blocks from the Jet Express to Put-In-Bay 2 Blocks from Restaurants and Bars downtown 1 Block from Coffee Express, Post Office, and Library About a 20 minute drive from Cedar Point! The space This is our home away from home. We stay here when its not rented and we do not like packing more than needed. We try to keep all the basics in the house so you have to pack less for you trip. The Kitchen- Has all the basic small appliances, dishes, pot and pans. Has both a coffee maker and Keurig. We provide basic coffee and some Kcups Bathrooms- All towels are provide. We provide enough toilet paper and paper towels for a day or two. Beds- all beds are Medium hybrid mattresses. Sheets, blankets, pillows provided. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms- two are private bedrooms: one with two twin XL beds and the one with one twin XL bed. The third upstairs bedroom, the one with the queen bed, is open to the rest of the upstairs space but does have a heavy privacy curtain. The downstairs has one private bedroom with 2 twin XL beds. ***Doorbell Security Cameras on the front door and over garage Guest access Full access to the entire house. No access to garage. Other things to note Netflix , Disney + and Basic TV with local channels provided. Feel free to use your own streaming services No pets No smoking No late check out. Early check in may be possible. Our cleaning team needs time to clean before the next guests. No fish cleaning
