Hyper-Gite with 7 bedrooms for 16 people + extra bed

2 independent garden paths lead you to discover the large gite, all of whose rooms are in exposed stone, decorated with taste and sobriety, in summer colors that recall the sun. Gîte 1 of 65 m², 3 bedrooms (7/8 pers.)  Gîte 2 of 89 m² (74 m² + 15 m² annex), 4 bedrooms (9 pers.)  In each gîte:  - 1 fully equipped kitchen - Living room dining room, TV French and English channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi access - Exterior: private terrace and garden furniture The space Please note that the cottage is calibrated for 16 people, but the addition of extra mattresses (on the floor) for 2 or 3 children (or teenagers) is possible. Here are the details of the rooms: In gîte 1: - Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds - Bedroom 2 : 3 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 140 cm - If necessary, living room: 1 additional single bed. In gîte 2: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140 cm - Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 130 cm + 1 single bed - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. Beyond 18 people, and up to 24 people, you can rent the whole property = 3 cottages Guest access The property allows access to cars within the limit of 2 cars per cottage (4 cars in total plus the owner's car). Excess cars will be able to park in the church square (50 m from the cottage). Please respect this clause. Other things to note - Barbecue The use of the charcoal barbecue is no longer allowed by municipal authorizations (orders of the mayor). Optionally, we can provide you with a large gas barbecue, for €30/day. - No smoking allowed. - Sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels provided. Certainly, the pool operates all summer... - but in the spring, the start date necessarily depends on the weather... and depending on the year, sometimes it's mid-May, sometimes you have to wait until mid-June. You need to check with us, if it's very important to you... to make things clear. The pool will most often be solar heated, Approximately: - from 20 to 24 in May, - from 22 to 26 in July - from 24° to 28° in August - the pool's closure also depends on the weather, it is sometimes closed at the beginning of September, sometimes at the beginning of October, etc. In any case, it is closed at the end of October.
