Cozy & centrally-located “Little Owl Lodge” - includes ski storage, summer outdoor pool access, free parking, close to the Market & Mountain Inn/ Resort dining. Sunset views await you! The space Entry level features King bedroom with closet space, luggage racks, social corner. Across the hall is a full bathroom with plenty of LARGE TOWELS. Living room features fireplace - wood provided. LR Seating options include sofa, loveseat, extra stools/poof, and extend to the wooded window dining arrangement including benches and chair. TV has Hulu for live TV, Netflix & other apps. LR/Kitchen is buffered by a bar (2 bar stools) with wine shelves. In the kitchen is a keurig with coffee & tea pods, plenty of plates, glasses, utensils. *unit is stocked with “basics” in terms of pots, pans, toaster, baking sheet, but if there is any specific cooking item you need, Emily can work with you to ensure the unit is stocked for your needs. New dishwasher was installed in November 2022. Adjacent to the kitchen is an airy balcony with dining table & benches. Solar powered frog, VIN will keep you company as you dine al fresco. There is a pantry/furnace/laundry area tucked behind the kitchen. Note: kitchen is fully functional but low frills. Washer/dryer work great but are not new. Additional sleep option downstairs: For the more adventurous guest, there is a hidden room behind the book shelf. Hidden room has King day bed (bedding in bin) & social corner. Note: the temp in the secret room fluctuates with the outdoor temp & is not climate controlled. Fans n blankets available!! Upper level loft features Queen platform bed, full bath, social space. Luggage racks & closet space for storage. Overlooks the LR. Guest access Entire unit is available for guest use except the locked closets (1 upstairs 1 downstairs) Also in terms of resort access - see EXAMPLE photos of the weekly activities & dining available to you. Note this rental is NOT eligible for anything marked for “Members & Resort Lodging guests only”- based on the example fliers, this applies to the ski shuttle (you are very close to the lodge so this should not be problematic), DINE-IN at Devils Grill (takeout is still available to you) & Court times at Devils Knob Racquet Sports Center. Other things to note We love this adorable getaway- it is so peaceful, lacking humidity & feels far removed from the real world. However, please note some of the features are still awaiting their makeover - kitchen & doors specifically need to be refreshed. Everything works fine, but is not necessarily “new”, and we want to make sure we set the right expectation.
