Our building is extra special because most owners in the building have lived on the island for 10+ years they are friendly and welcoming. We have an upstairs unit with outside seating in the shared balcony area with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We have THE BEST view in the community! Inside the unit are all the comforts of home. Clean linens and towels, as well as extra bedding and towels, are available. We recommend renting a car during your stay because there are wonderful places to go and see the entire length of the island! Part of the magic of the island is how undeveloped it is so you'll discover beaches which are (nearly empty) where you can relax in peace. Guests will have access to the entire condo with a shared balcony area. Keycode access to unit during their stay. An onsite concierge is available to assist with check-in or any other needs that may arise. There are floats, beach towels, and other goodies for you to enjoy during your stay. The unit is equipped with cleaning supplies in case you'd like to tidy up on your own during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not offered with the unit, but if this is something you'd like, we can possibly provide this service for an additional charge. We like to give our guests space so they feel like our home is their personal vacation home. But we're only a text/call away. We're here to ensure you have an optimal experience! Our condo offers all the comforts of a beach vacation home. Beach chairs, am umbrella and boogie boards**We are an independently owned villa that IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH HIDEAWAYS RESORT HOTEL** But you are more than welcome to eat at the resort restaurant Splash and enjoy the atmosphere. Popular restaurants and beaches are within walking distance of your vacation home. We recommend renting a vehicle during your stay, but if you don't, there are taxi services available to take you where you need to go. The Great Exumas is a developing nation on a somewhat remote island (which is part of its beauty and charm). We are proud to offer our level best accommodations but please be aware that sometimes things malfunction. We will do our best to handle any issue that may arise in a timely manner. However, we do not offer a first world city experience. It is**IMPORTANT** that you're aware that sometimes there may be inconveniences (i.e. low water pressure or limited hot water, power outages, wifi or cable tv interruptions) situations which are beyond our control. Our hope is that the islands beautiful surroundings and lovely locals will soothe away all concerns. : )
