Attic complete with two bedrooms, living room and a kitchen overlooking a pleasant terrace. The attic is fully independent. The owner lives downstairs and is available for help. The space ACCESS. Press the name ‘Capra’ on the intercom to the right of the entrance gate. The door to staircase B is located in the bottom right corner of the courtyard. KEYS. At check-in, guests will receive two sets of keys, which allow access: one fort the wooden gate leading to the street; one for the entry to the staircase and elevator; one for the access from the terrace into the apartment. APARTMENT LAYOUT. It is an attic with two bathrooms and a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room equipped with armchairs, a dining table or work table, and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, two electric hotplates, an induction plate, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, and an abundant supply of dishes, cutlery, and kitchenware. Both bathrooms have showers, and the larger one also contains a washing machine. BEDROOMS. One of the two rooms, facing the terrace, contains a double bed (200 x 160 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and a small table with a chair suitable for computer use. The other room has two single beds and a small private bathroom. Luggage and personal belongings can be placed in the storage space under the roof. An additional bed can be placed in the living room or the second bedroom. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. Winter heating (October-March) can be adjusted by using the knob on each radiator. In addition, there are two convection heaters located in the first bedroom and the living room, which can be used for both heating and cooling the rooms. The second bedroom is not fully conditioned but is equipped with an evaporative air cooler for cooling purposes. BOOKS. The apartment contains a variety of books that guests can read or browse through at their leisure, making sure to put them back in their place after use. The owner (Mr. Carlo) is usually available in the apartment below and will be happy to answer questions and provide further explanations. Guest access The apartment is entirely for you. Feel free to ask for an early check-in and/or a late check-out. Other things to note The attic is located on the fourth floor (discounting the ground floor, i.e. fifth floor in American English).
