Ramp available for front steps if needed. The space You will have access to the entire house minus the garage: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including a master suite with Tempur-pedic King + private bathroom. It's warm and cozy in the winter but nice and cool in the summer. GREAT FOR FAMILIES: We have 3 Pack n' Plays, a high chair, bumbo, plastic kid dishes, bathtub, kids' library, games & more! This house has 3 floors, and 2 separate family rooms / hangout spaces on the main floor. Both include a 65" TV to stream movies and TV shows. There is a backyard play structure as well. KITCHEN: Filtered water and ice from the fridge. Fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Pots, pans, utensils, basic cooking oil and spices. Coffee cups, wine glasses. A coffee station with a Keurig AND coffee pot. Sugar and non-dairy creamer. Plus a grinder and decaf options as well. It also has a crockpot, blender, toaster, baking sheets and baking pans. LAUNDRY ROOM: We have an iron, steamer, detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, TP, paper towel, trash bags, etc. available as needed. BEDROOMS: Top floor has the Master Bedroom + Bathroom and Bedroom #2 w/ a Queen bed + Bunk Beds. The Main Floor has Bedroom #3 w/ 3 twin beds and a full. The lower level has Bedroom #4 w/ a King + Twin and Bedroom #5 w/ 2 Twins. (This bedroom is open to the staircase - not a dedicated door to this room) Guest access You will have access to the entire house, minus the garage. Any stained white towels or sheets will be charged to the guest to replace.
