The 2 versatile bedrooms have a king size and twin bed which converts to a superking bed, making the accommodation suitable for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Well equipped bespoke kitchen. Log burner for a cosy night in. Set in the heart of Mevagissey just 150 yards level walk to the harbour, shops, pubs, restaurants, tearooms and takeaways. The space Access to the cottage is via the gated alleyway, where the keys will be found in a key safe positioned on the right hand side near the end of the alley. You enter into the Linney offering you space to hang your coats, store your shoes, or dry your dog. The dishwasher is also found in here. This leads into the well equipped kitchen, offering a Rangemaster oven, hob and grill, with extractor fan above, microwave, toaster, kettle, built in fridge freezer and washing machine. The bathroom is set off the kitchen, a bright, clean, stylish room to enjoy after a day walking the coast path, or having explored all that Cornwall has to offer. 4 steps down from the kitchen takes you into the spacious living room. A dining table and chairs offer a comfortable place to sit and eat or play cards and games (found in the sideboard), whilst at the other end are 2 sofas, and a footstool to relax in front of the log burner, whilst watching television or maybe a film. Netflix and Prime Video provided. The short flight of stairs up to the 2 light and airy bedrooms are also located in the kitchen. Guest access During your stay you will have full and exclusive use of the cottage. Other things to note Please be aware that the front door leads straight onto the road and we strongly recommend you enter/leave via the alleyway. If you do have dogs with you please ensure you pick up any mess in the bags provided and dispose in the bin also provided.
