The Annexe - Private Entrance, One Bed & Bathroom

This one bed room is in the downstairs side area to a home. - private entrance/exit - king size bed - sofa & desk/office chair - bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet & sink (with unit underneath) - plenty of storage for clothes/belongings - microwave, fridge freezer & kettle - free fast wifi - free parking on the driveway or road outside - towels provided - space to place your own travel cot for infants. - cross trainer available upon request - TV with Sky, online TV apps and Netflix The space This spacious room has a king size bed with side drawers and touch lamps. Underfloor heating makes this room cosy in winter and a tabletop fan is provided for summer. Iron and small ironing board available. There is room to put a cot or air mattress (not supplied) opposite it or next to the bed where the sofa is (this can be moved). A small desk and office chair is provided with a TV on top which you can watch basic channels on. There is a microwave and a kettle supplied for meals/hot water. I provide a jug of fresh tap water (refrigerated in summer) and the tap water is drinkable from the cold side of the mixer tap. Due to the excellent broadband speed it’s possible to watch TV or listen to Radio on your own devices eg BBC iPlayer or Netflix. Guest access The hallway, bathroom and bedroom are part of a separate annexe for guests. There is an adjoining lounge/diner with further bed (sofa bed) but this is not rentable at present. This is occasionally accessed by a different door by the owners (but we endeavour not to do this whilst guests are staying).
