This attached guest house offers private entrances, one story layout with reserved parking next to the entry, full kitchen, laundry, and bedroom. Adjoining walls to main house are soundproofed. Your private guest house includes a private entrance and spacious, single level living. The house is rustic and inviting, with antique farmhouse furnishings. Skylights in the vaulted ceiling living room provides natural light. The French doors also provide southern light. Hardwood floors and area rugs are throughout the living space. You will be able to access the following: a reserved parking spot located in a shared driveway, a private entrance with a mud room, and private living quarters. This rental is attached to the hosts main house. There will be occasional interactions with the hosts in the driveway and front yard area. There will be occasional daytime noise in this shared area, like cars coming and going. Hosts will also assist with any questions or concerns, if they arise during your stay. During your stay, you can stay in communication through AirBnb messaging. A hosts number may be provided in certain, as needed, circumstances. Hosts can also be reached in person in case of emergencies. Two 15 pound, 10 year old dogs live in the attached house. They have access to both the front and back yards. They can easily be leashed at all times when they are outside during your stay. Both are friendly, but they will bark a bit when anyone shows up during the day. Most of the time they are indoors, napping on the couch. This is a safe, family friendly neighborhood. It is relatively quite with limited car traffic. Please anticipate seeing school aged children and neighbors on walks. The neighborhood has roads with no sidewalks, please be mindful of pedestrians. The driveway is jug handle shaped. There are arrows to direct you to your parking spot and private entrance. At the fork in the driveway, follow the arrow to the left. Continue to the front of the house. Your reserved parking spot is located in front of the left garage door bay (garage access not included). A sign will indicate the spot. Please park parallel to the house, car hood or trunk pointing at the garage door. Please do not block the adjacent garage door. The carport is located to the right of the garage, in a smaller parking area. This is available during snowy, winter weather. Additional amenities are included to enhance your stay. Just like at a hotel, travel size bathroom toiletries are provided; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, body lotion, and toothbrush with a mini toothpaste. Two luxury bathrobes are available in the master bathroom. Several varieties of coffee and tea, creamer, sugar, and honey sticks are offered at the Keurig station. Several healthy snack offerings are located next to the Keurig station.
