Summer rentals include the entire home and not by room. 2026 weekly rates are $1850 and no discount. The space Fall, winter and spring 3 bedrooms are available. One bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with one single bed. Shared kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Summer rentals June 28/25 to Sept 06/25 weekly rentals only for $1800/wk no discount. Entire house (4 bedrooms) available for summer rentals. Guest access September to June guests have access to most of the house. Three bedrooms and bathroom with jacuzzi tub upstairs are available. Shared kitchen and living room.
