Welcome to my home! It's a modern one-bed flat on the top, sixth floor illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms offering marvellous panoramic views of London. The spacious terrace runs along the entirety of the flat. It's furnished with anything you may need, including a full work from home setup. It's a perfect place for that weekend away, longer holiday or work trip. I've spent a lot of time making it a unique and comfortable home. I hope you will enjoy it! The space It's a very comfortable top (sixth) floor one bedroom flat in a newly-built block in New Cross. Floor-to-ceiling windows and westerly orientation provide plenty of sunshine. Large, comfortable bed and blockout curtains in the bedroom ensure you'll get a good night's sleep! Both the living room and the bedroom open up to a spacious terrace that spans the entire flat. There are no other buildings in front ensuring privacy and wonderful views. The whole building is well insulated for sound and heat making it really quiet allowing you want to unwind. There are many plants both in- and outdoors. It's my main abode and as such it's equipped with everything you may ever need during your stay even if it's a longer one. Central heating reliably provides hot water and heating at all times. There's also a Water Rower rowing machine if you ever feel like exercising indoors. I often work from home and the desk and office chair setup are comfortable even for long spells of work. The Hyperoptic 150Mbps broadband works like a charm. There are all sorts of chargers – USB C & A, MagSafe 2, Lightning – in case you need to charge something up.
