They record both porches, front and back yards, parking pad, and sidewalks 24/7. We have access to cameras at all times** **Parties and events of any kind are not permitted at our property*****We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in the apartment.** ***All Guests must be accounted for in booking. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay -Parties and events are not allowed -Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap. **If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean** We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. ***All Guests must be accounted for in booking.
